Santiago, November 19, 2025 – LATAM Airlines Group reports that, following several intense days of negotiations, the company and the striking pilots’ union have reached an agreement that brings the strike to an end.

After multiple rounds of discussions, a mutual understanding was reached that sets fair and responsible conditions, aligned with the goal of ensuring the company's long-term sustainability while maintaining competitive working conditions for LATAM’s pilots.

LATAM values and recognizes the work and professionalism of each of its pilots, whose role is essential in delivering a safe and high-quality service to its passengers.

“Despite all the efforts made, we deeply regret the impact this strike may have caused to some of our passengers. At the same time, we appreciate the commitment of all the teams who worked throughout these days to protect our passengers. Caring for people—both those who travel with us and those who are part of LATAM—remains our top priority,” said Paulo Miranda, Chief Customers and Experience Officer of LATAM Airlines Group.

All previously announced cancellations through November 24 will remain in effect, and operations will return to normal as of November 25. Should any changes occur, LATAM will proactively contact affected passengers through its official channels.

LATAM reaffirms its commitment to honest and transparent labor dialogue that leads to fair agreements for all parties involved and ensures the company’s long-term sustainability. The company also acknowledges the professionalism demonstrated by the National Labor Directorate (“Dirección del Trabajo Nacional”) during the voluntary mediation process.
