In compliance to the ruling of the Tribunal de Defensa de la Libre Competencia (Competition Court of Chile), and to the provisions contained in the document “LATAM Slots’ Exchange Procedure According to the First Condition Resolution No. 37/2011 HTDLC” approved by the Tribunal de Defensa de la Libre Competencia of Chile (hereinafter referred to as the “Procedure”); LATAM Airlines Group S.A. informs the beginning of the tender procedure regulated by the Procedure and further informs the following:

1. The closing date for filing proposals expires at 12:00am of the 21^th of April 2026.
2. The Notary where the instruments established by the Procedure will be executed is the Santiago’s Notary of Magdalena Latorre.
3. The following is the calendar of activities published by the Comitê de Facilitação de Voos (Flights Facilitating Committee) of the International Airport Sao Paulo- Guarulhos, Governor André Franco Montoro; for the following IATA season:

Additionally, we inform that a PEI (special exchange procedure- regulated by Article 28 of the Procedure) may be initiated provided the following conditions are met: (i) that LATAM has not exchanged to the date four daily takeoff Slots or four daily landing Slots; and (ii) that no Tender is in process, according to the regulations established in the Procedure.
